All properties are featured on the local Multiple Listing Service. When we list your home, you decide what you are willing to pay a buyer's agent. (Normally 3% of sales price).

REALTORS^®, in turn, are compensated with part of the commission.  Most Real Estate transactions are a direct result of MLS^® exposure.  By having your home in MLS^®, it will be exposed to thousands of local Real Estate agents who otherwise would not have known that your property was for sale and would not have shown it.

The bottom line is that you don't pay us a big commission to list your home - you simply pay $250 plus 1% at closing and the selling agent commission.  We save you money on our side of the transaction and still attract buyers from our web site.
